Returns Policy

We voluntarily offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that all sale items, discounted products, limited-time promotional products, mystery boxes, gift cards, and products purchased during special promotional events are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for returned items until they are received by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted products

  • Limited-edition promotional products

  • Mystery boxes

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
